Samuel W. Diller, Founder
Samuel W. Diller was raised in Bluffton, OH. He’s a well-known and respected member of the community. After graduating from Ohio Northern Law School, Sam spent his first years practicing law in the eastern portions of the United States. Sam returned home in 1971 to establish and grow his law practice in his hometown. Although Sam is retired, he’s still an active part of the real estate law practice.
Scott L. Basinger, Owner
Scott L. Basinger graduated from Pandora Gilboa High School and the University of Toledo in 1993 (B.B.A). He received his M.B.A. from the University of Findlay in 1995 and his Doctorate from the Ohio Northern University Claude School of Law in 2000. After graduation Scott opened his own firm in Pandora. Basinger is licensed title agent and owner of Blackhoof Title Agency LLC, located in Bluffton, Lima. In 2013 Samuel W. Diller decided to retire at that time Scott merged his Pandora firm with Samuel W. Diller Law Office. Currently, he practiced law in Northwest Ohio.
Basinger serves as a member of the Ohio State Bar Assoc. Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) committee, The Ohio State Bar Assoc Real Property Section. The Adriel Board, The Blanchard Valley Hospital Regional Health Care Foundation Planning Giving Board and is the Village of Pandora Solicitor. He also has served as an adjunct professor for all collegiate levels at Ohio Northern University Law School, University of Findlay and Tiffin University.
